Ambitiously I told Kaysar's teacher I'd love to make 30 Valentine cookies on a stick.
Well I didn't count on getting sick but as you know mom's just can't get sick so I pushed through and they turned out so cute. In fact they were almost too cute to eat.
Kaysar was such a good helper too - he decorated most of them all by himself!
I am helping him hold his head still but he looked at this picture and told me my face was ugly.
:-)
Oh and yes I did get a haircut but Kaysar does NOT like it. He told me "it looks weird," "I don't recognize you," and the morning after, "I told you not to do that to your hair anymore!"
There were supposed to have 26 children for the Valentines Party but so many kids were sick, they only had 16. I volunteered to help out with the party but the teachers are so organized they didn't need me at all.
They were so good to let Keyan join in the fun.
Of course, all the children love him and he thoroughly enjoys the attention.
They also gave him snacks which he enjoyed as he's not one to turn down food.
He's been sick too but it doesn't slow him down.
The cookies were a big hit with all the kids although my picky little boy wouldn't eat the candy off the cookie nor would he eat his snack: meat, cheese and olives.
So this just reminds me that one night while eating dinner he said, "this is so yummy." What was it you wonder? Plain white Jasmine rice with butter. So I realized that instead of him being an difficult eater - he's in reality easy to please.

This looked like a great Valentine's Day for both boys. They are so cute. I looooove your hair no matter what Kaysar says. The color is good too.
