Kaysar wasn't having much of a good time by the end of the race and said to us, "Next year mom do not put me in this!" Well then he ended up winning a ribbon for coming in first in his age group and announced that he "was doing it again next year!"
I do have to point out that he rode 98% of the time in the stroller so I'm not sure he deserved the medal. :-)
Also we were almost last. I do know that we beat three teenagers who were out for a causal stroll and two older ladies one pushing a stroller and one carrying her dog.

This is the 2nd annual Orphanage Walk\Run that my dad and his friends have set up. 100% of the proceeds go to our missionary friends in Africa who are doing amazing work with the hundreds of orphans in Senegal, Africa.
If you are reading this, come out next year! We had a great time...it supports an amazing cause, you get a t-shirt, you get a delicious lunch (pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, french fries and kiwi loco) and you can win prizes. Plus you get to see Kaysar pout for an hour and 16 minutes while Keith huffs and puffs.
Kaysar is so happy to be doing this.
Keyan is (non-sarcastically) happy to be doing this.
Keyan only rode his bike a short time and I got to carry it most of the way...it's a good thing that Strider bikes only weighs about 6 pounds!
My mom won that cute pink John Deere sweatshirt and oh how my sister Tawnya was wanting to steal it from her. I could see it in her eyes!
